Episode One of "The Acolyte" was full of action but the 'twin'
reveal should have been saved for a few episodes to make more of
a mystery out of it... I'm not sure the first Jedi Master killed
would have been silly enough to look away whilst in combat and
be killed by a small knife either.

Episode One had a lot more issues than that, but when you start
with silliness you can't help but notice everything else...

Saved for what? The trailer and interviews said they were twins!

Yes, twins with mothers, I saw the promos, (the actress playing
Osha & Mae also said "nerds were gay" in one of the promo
interviews, but we'll leave that for another discussion!) But if
they hadn't gone down that road of revealing there was twins, it
would have kept the mystery of who the assassin actually was...
well, I thought so anyway as I like a good mystery.

Now, after two episodes the only mystery seems to be who the
person behind Mae is. And if "The Acolyte" doesn't pick up in
the next couple of episodes I doubt I will be bothered enough to
stay watching to find out... as it seems to be more a series
with a message than a decent story.
