Byron sooooo much more than Lochley, IMO. Lochley was acceptable.
Note that I said Lochley on "Babylon 5," not Lochley on "Crusade."
Actually, I only found Lochley (Scoggins) to be acceptable on B5's Day
of the Dead, The River of Souls, A Call to Arms, and in Crusade.
I could barely watch Crusade on the whole, so she didn't really help it,
IMO.
I'm saying that she rose to the level of being barely acceptable in
the TV episodes and TV movies that I listed above. Regarding Crusade,
I didn't much like it when I first watched it on TNT in 1999, but on
*many* subsequent viewings, I grew to like the characters (except for
Lochley and Chambers) *a lot* . Like I said, Lochley was barely
acceptable, but Chambers (Holden) was awful.
HEY - hatin' on the sistah! :-) Anyway, I prefer her as opposed to Lochley
any day.
Post by WickeddollPost by KoshNPost by tragByron needed to suffer a fatal hair care accident from the first scene
in which he appeared.
Agreed!
hehehe - he really was very annoying, with his overdeveloped
"sensitivity".
*hork*
I second that *hork* .
:-D We like guys who are not afraid of their feelings, but not the ones who
are freaking *ruled* by them!
Post by WickeddollPost by KoshNPost by tragPost by KoshNDr. Zachary Smith on "Lost in Space"
I have fond childhood memories of his performance. I considered him a
buffoon even then, but an entertaining one. I have not rewatched
since I was a preteen.
Somebody should have KILLED him. GAH!!! I couldn't stand that guy
(especially on the TV series)!
*high-five* Remember the scene where Don and John wanted to space his ass,
but Maureen talked them out of it? "He's a human being!" No he's not.
He's a dangerous jerk.
He was a traitorous, self-serving, sniveling worm.
And nearly got them killed on numerous occasions. He did do completely
selfless things once in a *great* while, but most of the time, he was not
only useless with, but also the *cause* of their problems.
Post by WickeddollPost by KoshNPost by tragPost by KoshNCapt. Janeway and Engr. Torres on "Voyager"
As someone else noted, the entire cast of "Voyager", and the script
writers should be given a character face and then killed off just for
good measure. Exceptions include that psycho killer guy they kept
locked up for a few episodes and occasionally the EMH.
But, but, but NOT Seven of DD. <motorboat> :-D
*rolling eyes* Though I did like Seven - definitely not for the reasons
*you* did. :-P
The only times I couldn't stand 7 of 9 were in scenes she had with
Janeway where Janeway used the word "humanity."
LOL Seven was interesting to me, actually. Though when I saw the ep where
her self-centered parents took her into unknown freaking space and got her
assimilated, I wanted to burn those idiots at the stake. *You want to put
yourself in danger for the sake of adventure, fine, but leave the damned kid
on Earth! GRRRRR
Post by WickeddollPost by KoshNPost by tragPost by KoshNDawn and Tara on BtVS
I liked Tara a lot after she broke up with Willow and moved out and
solidified her spine. Before that, I agree with you.
I never liked Tara.
Me neither - she just got on my nerves with her wishy-washiness, and
subservience to Willow.
Her wishy-washiness made me sick.
What was so frustrating, was that she sometimes knew immediately what to do,
but waffled on it! Like the Faith/Buffy switch - she should have told
Willow the second Willow came back, what was going on - not wait until Faith
could bang Riley, among other things. SHEESH.
In the finale, were you thinking what my daughter and I were, with Dawn
looking into that chasm?
Just give her a leeeetle shove....
